About the course

The course will be running as a six-week to eight-week course of online live sessions using Zoom. There may be opportunities to engage in short courses or introductory courses that give way to registering for a six to eight-week course.

Kindfulness Masterclass is delivered by Maureen, an experienced psychologist, teacher and holistic practitioner, using Zoom.

All learning materials can be accessed through our learning platform.

A class discussion area on the platform will be available, where you can share your thoughts, and ask questions as a group or privately with your teacher.
Mindfulness Masterclasses
Taking part in our Online Mindfulness Workshop has never been easier. Just follow the instructions below:
1) After you have enrolled in the course and before the first session begins you will be sent an email link will — You will need the link to join Mindfulness Masterclassess sessions.
2) Install Zoom on your computer: Test out your audio and video to make sure that they are both working properly.
3) At the time of the event, simply click on the link to join.
4) You should receive a prompt to open Zoom on your computer. Click “Open Zoom” to open the program.
5) That’s it—you’re in!
6) You will gain access to our mindfulness area where you can download Mindfulness worksheets, discuss and share.
